WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT?

Our check-in time is at 14pm and our check-out time is at 12pm.

CAN I REQUEST AN EARLY CHECK-IN /LATE CHECK-OUT?

We strive to fulfill guest requests at Court Wing Hotel Sukhumvit Bangkok, including early check-in and late check-out.

To secure early check-in, it is advisable to reserve the room for the previous night. Otherwise, early check-in is based on room availability.

Extending the room usage from 12pm to 6pm incurs a fee equal to 50% of the daily rate, while after 6pm, it is charged as a full night's stay.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR ADDITIONAL GUESTS?

We do not charge a fee for additional guests. However, for security purposes, the guest(s) will be required to provide identification at the reception.

WHAT IS YOUR SMOKING POLICY?

At Court Wing Hotel Sukhumvit Bangkok, we enforce a complete ban on smoking throughout the entire hotel premises, including e-cigarettes. We kindly request our guests to utilize the designated smoking area exclusively. Any violation of this policy will lead to additional charges for thorough cleaning.

IS THERE A DOCTOR ON CALL?

We provide a doctor on call to offer initial medical aid to our guests. If you require medical assistance, please notify the reception by dialing 0 from your room phone.

HOW FAR IS THE NEAREST HOSPITAL?

Bumrungrad International Hospital, the closest medical facility, can be found on Sukhumvit Soi 3, approximately 1.5 k.m away or a 9-minute drive from the hotel.

WHAT IS THE VOLTAGE IN THAILAND?

Power sockets in Thailand provide a standard voltage of 220V to 240V with a standard frequency of 50Hz.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

We currently operated a non-pet policy and no pets are allowed in the hotel.

DO YOU HAVE INTERCONNECTING ROOMS?

At the moment, we do not have any connecting rooms available.

DO YOU HAVE ROOMS FOR THE PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED?

Yes, Court Wing Hotel Sukhumvit Bangkok offers accessible rooms adjusted with walk-in showers, lower beds and wider doors. Please enquire directly with the hotel to confirm availability.

ARE COTS AND EXTRA BEDS AVAILABLE?

An additional bed for the room-only option is available at an extra cost of THB 1117 net per night for both adults and children. If you prefer an extra bed with breakfast included, the additional charge is THB 1,530 net per adult or child. Complimentary baby cots are also available; kindly inform our reservations team in advance so that they can arrange it in your room prior to your arrival.

HOW BIG ARE YOUR EXTRA BEDS?

Our extra beds are 3ft (0.9m) wide and 6ft (1.8m) long, with an 8-inch (20cm) mattress. For additional comfort, our extra beds are not foldable and fit perfectly in our rooms, leaving plenty of space to wind down and relax.

DO YOU HAVE SMOKING ROOMS?

No, we don’t have smoking rooms at Court Wing Hotel Sukhumvit Bangkok as we operate a smoke-free policy. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in an additional cleaning charge.

ARE YOUR ROOMS FITTED WITH A USB PLUG SOCKET?

For our guests’ convenience, all our rooms are fitted with USB plug sockets.

HOW DO I GET TO THE HOTEL?

To get to Court Wing Hotel Sukhumvit Bangkok, you can take the BTS Skytrain and get off at the nearby Nana station. Alternatively, you can take a taxi and provide the driver with our address.

Yes, we have a complimentary on-site car park for all hotel guests and residents.

No, we don’t currently offer valet parking services.

WHICH IS THE NEAREST BTS SKYTRAIN STATION TO THE HOTEL?

Aira Hotel is near the BTS Skytrain Nana station, which is only a 5-minute walk from our location.

HOW DO I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY RESERVATION IF I HAVEN’T BOOKED DIRECTLY ON THE HOTEL WEBSITE?

You may contact us at reservations@courtwinghotel.com with any inquiries regarding your reservation. However, we may not be able to adjust reservations made through third-party websites. For this reason, we recommend that all reservations be made by booking directly on our website.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT FOR CHECKING IN?

We can check in guests who are 18 years old and above. If you are travelling with children, please keep in mind that the presence of an adult is required for the check-in process.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW/DEPOSIT POLICY?

Our cancellation, no-show, and deposit policies vary based on the selected rate plan and package. Please refer to the relevant cancellation/no-show/deposit policy of the rate plan or package you are planning to book.

DO YOU HAVE AN EARLY DEPARTURE FEE?

Yes, we charge 100% of the booking total if your reservation has not been shortened prior to check-in.

WHY DO I NEED MY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD DETAILS WHEN MAKING A RESERVATION?

 If you are purchasing a non-refundable rate plan or package, your debit/credit card will be charged at the time of booking. In all other cases, it is used only as a guarantee to confirm your booking.

PAYMENTS

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We welcome both cash and major debit/credit cards as forms of payment.

WHEN WILL THE INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT BE RETURNED?

Incidental deposits collected in cash are returned to guests upon check out. If a deposit has been pre-authorised on a credit card, the amount will be unblocked within 2-4 weeks, depending on the specific debit/credit card and/or bank policy.
