Reservation Requirements:
- An advance deposit payment will be charged at the time of reservation.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
Cancellation Policy:
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a guest has engaged in fraudulent, inappropriate activity, or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
- Amendment or cancellation must be made in written notice to the provided email or contact form on the website.
Payment Information:
- Rates are charged in Thai Baht.
- The amount shown on your monthly statement in other currencies sent to you by the respective credit card company might be slightly different from our quoted price due to exchange rate variations.
Check-in and Check-out Times:
- Check-in time: 15:00
- Check-out time: 12:0
Child Policy:
- Children under 12 years old can stay in the parent's room without an additional charge.
- Children under 18 years old can stay in their own room for an additional charge.
- A complimentary child breakfast is included.
- A child's breakfast can be provided at THB 200 per meal.
- A child's breakfast is compulsory charged at THB 200 per meal.
Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not allowed in the hotel.
Additional Information:
- Baby cots are available upon request.
- Extra beds are available upon request for an additional charge.
